Document digitisation and archiving
Paper documents take up space, get lost, burn and get flooded. A digitised document is available in seconds — from any computer, at any time — and is protected against physical risks of any kind.
We digitise documents both at our office and — if your documents are confidential — right on your premises, so that no document leaves your company.
What you gain
What we digitise
Standard office documents
Our high-speed scanner handles large volumes of A4 documents — quickly and accurately.
- → Contracts and agreements
- → Invoices and financial documents
- → Personnel files and HR documents
- → Correspondence and letters
- → Any other office paperwork
Fragile and non-standard documents
Our contactless scanner is designed for documents that must not go through the feed mechanism of a conventional scanner.
- → Old and fragile documents
- → Books and brochures
- → Large-format documents and drawings
- → Photographs
- → Documents with security markings
How the process works
Confidentiality — our priority
If your documents are sensitive — personnel files, medical records, legal materials — we will come to you. Scanning takes place on your premises, and the documents do not leave your company.
- ✓ Staff sign a confidentiality agreement before starting work
- ✓ Option to scan without a computer — data goes from the scanner straight to your network
- ✓ Confidentiality terms are included in the standard service agreement
Archiving in line with regulations
Latvian law sets out how long different types of documents must be kept. We help you organise your digital archive so that it meets legal requirements — with correct names, structure and metadata. When the retention period ends, we can also help with the secure destruction of documents.
Price
The price depends on the volume and format of the documents and where they are scanned. Contact us — we will prepare a tailored quote free of charge.
