Computer backup

Automatic backup once every 24 hours. Data is stored in Latvia. Includes setup, monitoring and technical support.

ℹ️ Invoices are issued in advance on the 1st of each month; the first month is charged pro rata for the remaining days. If the number of computers crosses a package threshold, the package changes (e.g. a 2nd computer moves you from Solo to Duo). In the Enterprise package — 7 EUR for each computer above 15.

The data volume of each package is fixed (see table) and covers backups of the operating system, software and user files. Only in the Enterprise package does the limit grow with the number of computers — 500 GB per computer. Data volume overage — 1 EUR for every full 100 GB above the package limit.

Payment is made in advance on the 1st of each month; invoices are payable within 10 days.

Document digitisation and archiving

Scanning to PDF with text recognition (OCR). The standard price covers prepared documents without staples, paper clips or sticky notes.

The visit fee includes travel and the first hour of work. Additional time is charged at the hourly rate.
